We've been at 175 Bharati Colony Main Rd for a while now. It's mostly just a few of us here trying to help people find houses or land around the area. Sometimes it gets busy, other times it’s quiet. We deal with lots of paperwork and checking sites. People walk in looking for a flat or maybe to sell a plot they've had for years. We just try to get the details right so nobody gets a headache later. It’s not fancy work, mostly just driving around and making sure the titles are clear. Coimbatore has changed a lot since we started, and we've seen neighborhoods grow from empty fields. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and explaining how the local rules work. We don't have a huge office, just enough space to sit down and go over maps or contracts. If you stop by the main road, you'll see us. We’ve had some long days here, but that’s just how the property business goes in this part of town. We handle the basic stuff like rentals too. It’s a bit of a mix. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep things moving for the folks who come to us. We’ve lived here our whole lives, so we know the streets and the people fairly well by now.
