Prime Developers

We are over at 60A on Iind Themmiyan Street in the Kouvandampalayam area of Coimbatore. It’s a local neighborhood and our office is right there among the other houses and small shops. We’ve been working as developers in this part of town for a good while now. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some desks, some maps, and a lot of papers scattered around. We spend most of our time talking to people about land and buildings. It’s a very local business, so we know the streets and the people around here pretty well. We don't go in for big advertising or flashy brochures. Instead, we just talk to folks face-to-face. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and going over some site plans. The street can be a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a bit of a puzzle, but we make it work. We like being in Kouvandampalayam because it feels like home. We aren't a huge corporation; we are just a few people who know how to get things built and managed. We take things one day at a time and try to be as clear as possible with everyone we deal with. It’s honest work and we’ve built our reputation just by being consistent and staying in the same spot for years.
