Metrocorp Samsara Housing Projects P Ltd is situated on Nanjundapuram Road in Coimbatore. We are in Block A of the Rhythm Tango building, right near the Parsn Sesh Nestle Campus. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in and ask about what we are building. We focus on housing projects around the city. The office is usually a bit chaotic with architectural drawings spread out over every available surface. We have a lot of meetings with contractors and people looking to buy their first home. It’s a lot of responsibility to handle someone's future house, so we take the work seriously even if we don't act all corporate about it. Coimbatore is growing fast and there is always a new project starting up somewhere. We spend half our time in the office and the other half out at the construction sites checking on progress. It’s a lot of driving back and forth in the city traffic. The team here is small, just a handful of us managing everything from the paperwork to the actual site inspections. We don’t have a big fancy showroom. We just show people the plans and take them to see the actual sites. It’s a more direct way of doing things. We’ve been at the Nestle campus area for a while and it’s a good spot for us to work from.
