Credai Coimbatore

Credai Coimbatore is based in Gowtham Arcade. We are on the 3rd floor, which is at 208 Tv Samy Road in RS Puram. This part of Coimbatore is usually buzzing with activity because of all the shops and offices around here. Our office is where a lot of the local building and real estate talk happens. It’s not a construction site itself, but we handle a lot of the organization and paperwork that goes along with it. The office is usually full of maps, blueprints, and documents stacked on the desks. It gets pretty busy when we have meetings with different builders or people from the city. RS Puram is a nice area, but parking can be a real headache on Tv Samy Road most days. We have a small team that keeps things running, and we’ve been in this arcade for a good while now. It’s a practical space where we focus on the real estate sector in Tamil Nadu. We don’t have any fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a regular office with people working on computers and talking on their phones. We keep things pretty simple and try to stay on top of the local housing news. Most of us have been in this industry for years so we know how things work in this town. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us at the office.
