We are located at Shop No. 34 in the Rajkamal Estate, right on Thadagam Road in Elandipalayam. It is a well-known spot in the neighborhood because people are always coming by to check on their gas bookings. The shop is quite small, and we have to be very careful with how we stack the cylinders and organize the paperwork. It is a very busy street, and the noise from the traffic on Thadagam Road is something we have just learned to live with. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or talking to the delivery drivers who are heading out to different parts of the city. We have a couple of old desks and a computer that has seen better days, but it gets the job done. The staff here are all local people, and we have known some of our customers for many years. It feels more like a community service than just a regular business sometimes. There are days when things get delayed because of traffic or a truck issue, and we have to spend a lot of time explaining that to people. We don't have any fancy marketing or a big sign, just a simple shop front where we work. Usually, we start quite early in the morning to get a head start on the day's deliveries. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just focus on the daily routine.
