Shanthini Industries is located at No.27 K K Colony Pappa Naicken Pudur. We’ve been operating from this same spot for a long time. K K Colony is a quiet enough place most of the time, though it’s busy during work hours when the trucks come by. We have a small facility here where we handle all our industrial work. It’s mostly just us and the machines. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room because we are usually out on the floor getting things done. People in Pappa Naicken Pudur know us as the place at No.27. The building itself is nothing special, just a practical space for manufacturing. We have a small gate and a bit of space for parking a few bikes for the staff. Every morning we open up and get the power running. There’s a lot of routine involved in what we do. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized as much as possible. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have a big order to finish, but we clean up as we go. We don't spend much on decorating the place or making it look pretty. We’d rather spend that on keeping the machines in good shape. It’s just a local business trying to do things right. The neighbors are friendly enough and we all know each other. We usually take a break around noon when the sun is high and it gets hot.
