V R NACHIMUTHU CONSTRUCTIONS (INDIA)

We’ve been running V R Nachimuthu Constructions from our office on Varadharajan Street for quite some time. It’s a busy little spot in Gandhi Nagar at Door No 17. Most of the time, the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and site reports scattered around. That’s just how we work. We focus on building projects around here and in the surrounding areas. It’s a family-run kind of feel even though we take on some decent-sized jobs. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy marketing. We just show up and do the masonry, the roofing, and everything else that goes into a building. Some days are harder than others, especially when the rain hits or when there's a shortage of cement. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot from this office. People around here know the Nachimuthu name. We don't spend much on advertising because the buildings we've finished usually speak for themselves. It’s a lot of coordination with laborers and suppliers. We try to keep things straightforward. If there’s a problem, we fix it. That’s the way we’ve always done things. It might not be the most modern way of operating, but it works for us and the people we build for. The streets around Gandhi Nagar are always full of life, and we like being right in the middle of it. We keep things moving and just focus on finishing the work we started.
