Our office is located right on Vinayagar Kovil Street in Indira Nagar. If you know the Unjappalayam area in Somanur, we are pretty easy to find at No 6 /739-C. Being in Sulur, we see a lot of growth happening around here lately. We work as property promoters, which basically means we help with land and building projects. It’s a small team here. We spend a lot of time out on the field looking at sites and talking to people about what they want to do with their land. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes but we handle it as best as we can. It gets quite dusty out here with all the new activity, but that’s a good sign for the local economy. We aren't a huge corporation with slick brochures. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the job done right. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the neighborhood. People know where to find us. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. Every day is different. One day we are looking at plots, the next we are sitting in the office going over site maps and local approvals. We like being part of the Somanur community. It’s a quiet place but it’s changing fast. We just try to keep up with the pace and help folks get their properties sorted out without too much fuss or complicated talk. We just do our bit.
