Our office for Uniqcon Engineering And Construction Private Limited is at No.25/4 in the M K Complex. We are located on the Thoppu Thottamsolipalayam Main Road in 15-Velampalayam. It’s a busy spot with lots of vehicles passing by every day. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the other businesses in the M K Complex quite well. Our work takes us all over the 15-Velampalayam area and beyond. Engineering and construction require a lot of attention to detail, so we spend a lot of time looking at drawings and checking measurements. We’re not the type to use big, flashy words about what we do. We’re just local builders and engineers who enjoy seeing a project come together from the ground up. Some mornings are quite cold when we start, and the tea shop nearby is a regular stop for the crew. We handle a mix of different jobs. Sometimes it’s a small renovation and other times it’s something much larger that takes months. We keep our equipment at the yard and use the office on Thoppu Thottamsolipalayam Main Road for the administrative side of things. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized, but we stay on top of it. People around here know where to find us if they need something built. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the work we have in front of us.
