Tx Icm School is located at No.42 Maharaja Suriya Road. It’s a decent-sized building where we run our daily educational activities. There’s always a bit of a rush in the morning when the staff arrives and we start getting things ready for the day. We don’t have a massive team, so we all have to pitch in with things like tidying up the classrooms or answering the gate. The street outside is usually quiet, which is a nice change from the main roads. Inside, you’ll find plenty of desks and some old cabinets where we keep all the records. We’ve been here for a bit and the place has a bit of wear and tear, but it feels lived in. We don't spend money on fancy renovations because we’d rather keep the costs down for everyone. We talk to parents and students in a very plain way, no complicated jargon or sales pitches. If someone asks what we do, we just explain the classes we have available. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on the actual teaching. Sometimes we have tea together in the small break area and talk about how the week is going. It’s a simple life running a school, and we try to do it as honestly as we can. We just want to get through our tasks and help out.
