Sri Kamatchiamman Matriculation School

If you drive down the Tirupur Main Road towards Iduvoi, you will see Sri Kamatchiamman Matriculation School. It is located right at number 2/226-B. Being on the main road means it is very easy for people to find us, though it does get a bit noisy with the heavy traffic passing by throughout the day. We have been part of this community for a while now. The school building is simple and functional, with enough rooms for the different grades we teach. Out back, there is a small area where the kids play during their breaks, and you can usually hear them shouting and laughing from the road. Most of our students come from the surrounding villages and the outskirts of Tirupur. Parents here work hard, often in the many textile units nearby, and they just want a steady place for their kids to learn and grow. We do not have fancy gadgets or anything like that in the classrooms. Instead, we have teachers who know their subjects and students who show up every morning ready to work. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to open all the windows wide to let the breeze in to keep everyone cool. It is just a regular school life with its own ups and downs. We spend our days grading papers, keeping the registers up to date, and making sure the kids stay on track with their lessons. It is a plain sort of work, but it feels necessary for the local area.
