Tn43 Cafe & Restaurants Private Limited

We are located over at Pioneer Estate in Karamadai. It’s a nice enough spot at No.105. We run the cafe and restaurant business from here. It’s not like those big chains you see in the city. We keep things pretty simple. The kitchen stays busy most of the time. We have a few tables and chairs, nothing too fancy, just enough for folks to sit down and have a meal. Most of our staff live nearby, so they just walk or bike in every day. The estate is a bit of a landmark around here, so people find us easily enough. We spend a lot of time cleaning and prepping. Running a food place is a lot of hard work that most people don't see from the outside. You have to keep an eye on the supplies and the stove. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late because of the road conditions, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Tamil Nadu, just a reliable one for the neighborhood. The smell of cooking usually fills the air by mid-morning. It's a good sound, the clinking of plates and people talking over their tea. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us. We’ve got our routine down. Every day is pretty much the same, but that’s okay with us. We know the regulars and they know us. We just stay focused on the food.
