Thangam Stores

We have been here at 173, Raja Street for a good while now. Every morning starts about the same, rolling up the heavy metal shutters and watching the street come alive. Thangam Stores isn't some fancy place you'd find in a mall; it’s just a regular spot on a very busy road. The dust settles on the front step pretty quick because of all the traffic passing by. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops pop in just to say hello before things get too hectic. Raja Street has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. Inside, it’s mostly just us keeping things organized and making sure everything is where it should be. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we manage. The floor is old tile and it creaks in certain spots, but that's just how the building is. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s usually just a couple of us here, doing the work and talking to the people who walk through the door. Some days are loud with all the horns outside, and other days it’s strangely quiet for an hour or two. We just keep the door open and stay busy with whatever needs doing. It’s not a complicated life here at 173, but it works for us and the people around Raja Street know where to find us. Anyway, that's the place.
