We focus on tea, as the name suggests. The factory isn't some massive high-tech facility; it’s a practical building where we process the leaves and get them ready for the market. Being in Thoppampatiyanur means we are close to where things are grown, which makes sense for what we do. The days start early here, often before the sun is fully up, to get the machinery going. It can get pretty loud inside when everything is running at once. We’ve got a group of local workers who know their way around the tea leaves better than anyone. We don't really do much in the way of fancy branding or slick commercials. We just put the tea in the bags and crates and send it off. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit tricky around Othimalai Road, but we manage. It’s a straightforward life here. We deal with the harvests, the drying process, and the sorting.
