Team One Hr Services is located at 3C, Baby Cottage in Coimbatore. The name of the building always makes people smile when they first hear it. We are right there in Srinagar, Ramanathapuram, which is a decent area for a business like ours. We spend our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a new start. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. The office itself is comfortable, nothing too flashy or intimidating. We wanted a place where someone could walk in for an interview and not feel nervous. Coimbatore has a lot of hardworking people, and we see plenty of them every week. Our staff handles everything from job postings to checking references. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just try to match the right person with the right job. Sometimes it takes a while, and other times it happens fast. There’s no magic to it, just a lot of phone calls and emails. We like being in Tamil Nadu and serving the folks around here. It feels good when someone calls back to say they got the job. That’s why we keep coming back to Baby Cottage every morning. We just like helping people find where they belong in the workforce without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
