Down in Ganapathi, Coimbatore, things move at their own pace. Allied Solutions Group is tucked away here, and we have been handling our business from this location for quite some time now. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops, which makes it feel very local and grounded. Our office is pretty simple, with just the basic stuff we need to manage our operations. We deal with a variety of solutions for people who come to us, and we try to keep things as clear as possible. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we usually go when we need a break from the computers. Coimbatore weather can be nice, but it gets warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full speed. We don't have any big posters or fancy carpets here. It is just a place where we come to work and get through the list of things to do. We know our neighbors and the people who walk past our door every day. Sometimes people just drop in to say hello or ask a quick question. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on the actual work rather than how the office looks to outsiders. We like being in Ganapathi because it feels like home and it’s convenient for everyone who works with us.
