Global Technical Talent

Our place is located up in the hills of Coonoor, in a spot called Mount Pleasent. The address is 191/3, and it’s a bit of a climb to get here, but the view of the Nilgiris makes it worth it. E. Nizamudeen is where we run things from. It’s much cooler up here than down in the plains, which is nice when you’re working all day. We deal with technical talent, meaning we spend a lot of time looking for people who know their way around computers and engineering. Even though we are in a quiet, scenic town, we are connected to people all over. It’s a bit of a contrast, looking out at the tea gardens while talking to folks in big cities about tech jobs. The office itself is pretty modest. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a very reliable internet connection, which is the most important thing for us. Sometimes the mist rolls in so thick you can’t see the road, but we just keep working away inside. We don’t have a big staff, just a handful of us who know the business well. We’ve lived in the Nilgiris for a long time and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. People might think it’s a strange place for a tech-focused company, but it works for us. We get our work done without the distractions of a big city, and that’s just how we like it.
