Our office is tucked away in the II-Block, HB-396, over in Ganapathy Maanagar. It’s part of the Hudco Colony in Coimbatore. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it stays fairly calm during the day compared to the main roads. ADCL is what we call the place here. We do our daily tasks, mostly involving paperwork and some technical stuff that needs doing. The room isn't very large, so we all sit fairly close together at our desks. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the screens. The walls are painted a plain white, and we have some old shelves filled with files that we really should organize better one of these days. It’s a practical workspace for us. People from the colony sometimes drop by just to ask questions or see what we are up to. We’ve been in this 641006 zip code area for a while now. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad on our bikes. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist at the front. You just walk in the door and talk to whoever is available at their desk. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things without any fuss. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when it rains heavily, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things we need to do. It’s just a normal small business.
