Gestione Consulting Pvt. Ltd is situated at number 4 on Patel Road. It’s right in the Ramanagar area of Coimbatore. It’s a good spot to be. We have been working out of this office for a while. It’s an older building, which gives it a bit of a solid feel. We don’t have those modern open-plan layouts that everyone talks about. Instead, we have actual rooms and doors. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. The street outside can be quite noisy with all the bikes and cars going past, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out the traffic. The staff here are mostly local people. We don't use big words or try to sound like we’re from a huge corporation. We just talk like normal people. Our desks are usually a bit cluttered with papers and notebooks. We still use a lot of paper here. It’s just easier for us to think that way. Sometimes we have a little trouble with the parking out front because the road is narrow, but we figure it out. It’s just a normal, everyday office where we get through our list of things to do. No frills, just work.
