Sutha Builders Private Limited

Sutha Builders is located over at 99 Natarajan Street in Subbaian Nagar. It’s in the T Kottampatty area of Pollachi. We’ve been here for a good while. Pollachi is a bit quieter than Coimbatore city, which we like. Our office is just a simple building on a regular street. It’s where we keep our tools and where the staff meets up before heading out to building sites. We do all sorts of builder work around this part of the country. We don't go in for big advertisements or fancy brochures. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the office on Natarajan Street. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the sun is really beating down on the sites. Inside the office, things are usually a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to get the houses or walls built right. We’ve been part of the community here for years and we know the local suppliers. It’s a small-town way of doing things, really. If you come by, you’ll probably find a couple of us sitting around the back discussing the next project. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who know the trade. We don't need anything more than that to get through the week.
