Sunglow Biotech

Sunglow Biotech is based at number 3 on 1st Avenue in New Thillai Nagar. It’s a nice enough area with some trees lining the streets, which makes the walk to the office pleasant in the mornings. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass tower. Instead, we have a modest setup on the first avenue that feels like part of the neighborhood. Inside, things are organized but you can tell people actually work here. There are stacks of folders, some scientific equipment that we keep very clean, and a small area where we have our tea breaks. The windows look out onto the street, so we can see the neighbors coming and going. We don't put on any airs here. Most of us wear regular clothes and we all know each other’s names. The work we do is technical, but we talk about it in plain terms. Sometimes the lab area gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples coming in, so we have to move boxes around to make space. It’s a hands-on environment. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We just focus on the biology side of things and try to get the results right. If the door is open, you might hear the hum of the refrigerator or someone washing out glassware in the back. It is just a regular workday for us in Thillai Nagar.
