Summer Homes Constro Care Llp is located over on Ansari Street, specifically at numbers 28 and 28/1. It’s a bit of an older street and we’ve been operating from here for a bit. We do construction care and home-related building services. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings. We usually start the day early before it gets too hot to think straight. We deal with a lot of maintenance and small-scale building projects. Sometimes we are fixing a roof and other times we are helping someone add a new room to their house. The name Summer Homes sounded good when we started, though we work through the monsoon and winter too. We have a few regular guys who handle the masonry and plumbing work. We don't spend money on big signs or flashy brochures. Most people find us because they saw us working on a neighbor's house or someone told them about us. We try to be honest about how long a job will take, even if it’s not what the customer wants to hear. Building things takes time and rushing usually leads to mistakes that we have to fix later. We prefer to take it slow and make sure the walls are straight and the pipes don't leak. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us here on Ansari Street.
