Poogha Build Tech

Our place, Poogha Build Tech, is located at 6/2 Mahalakshmi Nagar in the Kannamplayam area of Sulur. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is much quieter than being in the center of the city. We have a small building that serves as our office and storage area. There is usually some construction equipment parked outside or some bags of material near the entrance. Inside, it is mostly desks and a lot of technical manuals. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or out visiting sites around Sulur. The team is quite small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There is a small porch out front where we sit and talk sometimes when the weather is nice. We do not have any polished sales pitches or glossy brochures. We just explain things clearly to whoever asks. The office gets a bit dusty because of the work we do, but we try to keep the paperwork clean at least. It is a very practical setup. We know most of the people in Mahalakshmi Nagar, and they see us coming and going every day. We have been here for a while and have a routine that works for us. It is about getting the technical side of building right and making sure the projects are moving along. We are not trying to be anything we are not. It is just an honest local business in a quiet corner.
