Sugaam Physio Clinic

Our physio clinic is located at number 45 in Lakshmi Nagar, which is part of the Balaji Nagar North Phase. If you are coming from the Cheranmaa Nagar side or near Kalapatti, we are pretty easy to spot. It’s a simple physiotherapy center where we help people get their movement back. We have a few treatment tables and some basic equipment like weights and bands for exercises. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s usually quiet during the middle of the day. Most of our patients are people living nearby who might have back pain or are recovering from some kind of injury. We spend a lot of time showing people how to stretch or move properly. It isn't a fancy gym; it’s just a practical space for physical therapy. Sometimes we have music playing in the background to help people relax while they do their exercises. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't affect the work we do. We manage our own appointments, so sometimes you’ll see the therapist answering the phone while helping someone else. We don't have a big front desk staff. People like that it feels like a local spot where they don't have to deal with too much bureaucracy. We just focus on the joints and muscles and try to help people feel a little better than when they walked in. It is honest work for the local community.
