You can find Harish Adhitya Physiotherapy Clinic on the 1st floor of the building where Tamilnadu Stores is. We are located right on Vilankuruchi Road in Peelamedu. It is a busy street, so there is always noise from the traffic downstairs. Most people find us because they were already shopping at Tamilnadu Stores and saw our sign. To get up here, you just take the stairs. The clinic is mostly one big room where we have the mats and equipment. Peelamedu is a place where people move around a lot, so we see many folks with sore backs or knees. We spend a lot of time helping people stretch and do their exercises. It’s not a quiet, spa-like place; it feels more like a workspace. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud. We have been in this Peelamedu spot for some time now. People come in after work or early before they start their day. Vilankuruchi Road is always full of life. We don't have a big receptionist desk or anything like that. You just come in and wait your turn on the bench. We try to keep the floor clean because people are always walking on it. It’s just a straightforward place for physiotherapy.
