Kovai Physio Clinic

If you find yourself on Vivekananda Road in Ram Nagar, you’ll likely see us at number 82. We’re right across from the IOB Bank, which makes it easy for people to find the clinic. At Kovai Physio Clinic, the day is mostly filled with the sounds of people working through their exercises. We see a lot of folks coming in with stiff backs, sore knees, or recovering from some kind of injury. It’s a lot of hands-on work, and we spend a good amount of time showing people how to move better. The clinic isn't very large, but we make use of the space we have. There’s a bit of a rhythm to the place, with appointments starting early and going through the evening. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit tight if a few people show up at the same time. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just the equipment we need to help people get back on their feet. It can be tiring work, and our hands definitely feel it by the end of the day. Most of our regulars are from the Ram Nagar area, so there’s a lot of local talk while people are doing their stretches. We just focus on the practical side of things. It’s about getting people moving again without making things more complicated than they need to be. We just keep things simple and keep the sessions going one by one.
