Relax Physiotherapy Clinic

Relax Physiotherapy Clinic is on the first floor of Jeyashanthi Towers, located at 137 A on Sathy Road. This is in the Ganapathy area, which is a pretty active part of town. I work at the clinic and spend most of my time helping with the exercises and keeping the equipment in good shape. Jeyashanthi Towers is easy to spot when you are driving down Sathy Road. Being on the first floor is nice because it’s not too many stairs for folks who might be struggling with their movement. We have a few different rooms for treatments and some open space for the mats and balls we use for the patients. The Ganapathy neighborhood has a lot of people, so we see quite a few different faces every day. It’s a practical setup, nothing very fancy or over-the-top. We just focus on the physical therapy part of things. Sathy Road can get noisy with all the traffic, but inside the clinic, it’s usually okay. I’ve been here for a while and I like the pace of the work. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the towels and bands get a bit messy when it's a full house. It’s a local spot where we just do our best to help people get back on their feet. There isn't much more to it than that. Just a regular clinic doing regular work every day. We just stay focused on what needs to be done.
