Gem Physiotherapy Clinic

We've been here at the Radhakrishna Complex on Trichy Road for a while now. It's the ground floor, so it's easy for people to get into without having to deal with any stairs. People usually come in when they've hurt their back or maybe had a sports injury that won't go away on its own. We spend most of the day working with folks on their exercises and trying to get them moving better than they were before. It’s a busy spot near the main road. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic on Trichy Road, but inside we just focus on the work at hand. We aren't a huge place, but we have what we need to get the job done. It's mostly just us helping neighbors and people from around the city get back on their feet. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have several folks coming in one after another. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that, just the treatment area and some basic equipment. Most people who live around this part of town know where we are because we've been at No 1668/3 for years. We just open up in the morning and stay until the last person is done. It feels good to see someone walk out feeling a bit better than when they came in. That’s pretty much how we run things day to day.
