We’ve been here at the Ganesh Prakash Complex for a while now. Most people know us because we’re right near the Pasumai Pharmacy and across from Bimetal Bearings on Maruthamalai Main Road. It’s a busy spot in PN Pudur. Every morning we open up and start seeing folks who have trouble walking or some kind of back pain. It isn’t fancy inside, just the equipment we need to help people get their strength back. We spend a lot of time showing patients how to do their stretches properly. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside we just focus on the exercises. It’s mostly regular people from the neighborhood coming in. We see a lot of elderly folks who just want to move without hurting so much. My desk is usually covered in folders and notes from the day. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the regulars by name. If you’re looking for the place, look for the pharmacy first, then you’ll see our sign. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much on decorations because the focus is really on the rehab work itself. Some days are busier than others, especially in the evenings when people finish work and stop by. We try to keep things organized but sometimes things get a bit hectic. That’s just how a local clinic goes. We are just here doing the work every day.
