Our place is at No. 99/20 D on the Chettipalayam Main Road. We are right next to the Easwar Nagar bus stop in Podanur, so it is pretty easy for people to find us. We work on town development and promoting different properties in the area. It involves a lot of talking to the local authorities and making sure all the drawings are correct. We are a small group, and the office can feel a bit cramped when the whole crew is back from the sites. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just rely on the buildings we finish to show what we can do. If you walk around Podanur, you have probably seen some of our work without even knowing it. We know the streets and the local shortcuts like the back of our hands. There is always a lot of noise from the buses passing by, but we don't mind it much. We stay busy with various plots and planning tasks every day. Sometimes things go perfectly, and other times we have to deal with delays, just like any other business.
