Sri Vigneshwara Machines Tools

Our shop is tucked away in the Sri Balaji Complex on 7th Street Extension in Gandhipuram. It’s not a huge place, just Shop Number 7, but we managed to pack a lot of machine tools into that space. The shelves are heavy with metal parts, and there is always that faint smell of machine oil in the air. People from the nearby workshops come in all day looking for specific bits and pieces. It can get pretty cramped when three or four customers are inside at once. I usually stand behind the counter while the others help find what’s needed in the back. Gandhipuram is always loud and busy, so we get a lot of walk-in traffic. We don't do much in terms of advertising; people just know we are here because we've been in the complex for years. Sometimes a customer brings in a broken part and we spend some time trying to find a match or a workaround. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't wear suits or use fancy titles here. We just wear our work clothes and get on with the day. The paperwork is done on an old wooden desk in the corner that’s seen a lot of use. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the local market community. There is always something to do and someone to help out with a tricky tool requirement.
