Sri Vigneshwara Driving School

Sri Vigneshwara Driving School has been operating out of our spot at N0:25 on Thadagam Road for a good while now. Being in Kovilmedu, we are right in the thick of things, especially being so close to the Bharat Petroleum bunk where it always seems to be busy. Coimbatore traffic has changed a lot over the years and it can be pretty intimidating for someone just starting out. We have a couple of hatchbacks that we use for the lessons. They aren't brand new but they are reliable and perfect for learning how to handle a clutch without worrying too much. Most people who come to us are a bit shaky at first, clutching the steering wheel like their life depends on it. We just take it slow. We spend a lot of time around the Kovilmedu area before heading onto the busier roads. The office is just a simple room where we keep the registers and help folks with their RTO paperwork. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually keep the windows down during the drives to get some air. We don't use any fancy simulators or anything like that. It is just real cars on real roads. We have seen plenty of people go from stalling every two minutes to driving with real confidence. It’s just about being patient and getting the hours in behind the wheel every day.
