Ammaiappar Driving School

Our place is located at 180/227 in Peelamedu, directly opposite the GRG School. Being in this part of Coimbatore, we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. We’ve spent many years here, watching the traffic patterns change and the roads get busier. Most of our time is dedicated to sitting in cars with people who are nervous about their first time behind the wheel. It takes a lot of patience to teach someone how to balance the clutch and the accelerator without the car jumping forward. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a corporate team. It’s just us handling the schedules and taking the cars out for lessons every hour. The office is usually filled with the sound of people asking about test dates or picking up their learner permits. We try to keep things organized, even if the paperwork piles up sometimes. Our cars are out on the road in almost every kind of weather, helping people get used to driving in the rain or the heat. It’s a very practical kind of job. We don’t make big promises, we just show people what they need to do to pass their test and drive safely on their own. People around here know us because we’ve been a part of the community for a good while. It’s just a small local business trying to do its part in getting people mobile. We are here every day.
