Amma Driving School

We are located over on Palamalai Road in Perianaickenpalayam. If you head toward the first floor of building number 165 in G. Goundampalayam, you’ll find us there. We are quite close to the local landmarks people usually know. Running a driving school in this part of Coimbatore means dealing with a mix of quiet roads and some busy stretches too. Most of our day is spent inside a car, talking through how to use the indicators or when to shift into third gear. It’s a steady job. Some days are long, especially when the weather is hot and the AC in the training car is working hard. We see all kinds of people coming through our door. Some are very confident right away, while others take a few weeks just to stop stalling the engine at every intersection. We don’t have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just us working out of this office on the first floor. We keep our schedules on a clipboard and try to stay on time, though traffic sometimes has other plans. People usually find out about us just by walking past or living nearby in the neighborhood. We help with the forms and the tests because that side of things can be confusing for a lot of people. It’s just about getting the work done so people can get on the road themselves. It’s a simple business, really. We have been doing this for years.
