Sri Venkateshwara Traders

Our shop, Sri Venkateshwara Traders, is right on the Main Road in Hathanarpur. It’s at number 20 if you’re looking for it. We sell a bit of everything that people around here need for their homes. Most days are pretty quiet until the evening comes around. Then the neighborhood gets a bit more active. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it's convenient for everyone. The shelves are usually full, though sometimes we run out of things if the delivery truck is late. That happens once in a while. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. People just know us by name. It’s mostly just us working here, keeping track of the inventory and helping people find what they need. The floors are concrete and we try to keep them clean, but with the dust from the road, it’s a constant battle. We talk to the regulars about the weather or local news while we weigh out their items. It’s a basic way to run a business but it works for us. We aren't trying to expand or do anything too big. Just keeping the doors open and serving the folks who walk in from the street. It’s been this way for a while now and we don't see that changing anytime soon. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we have what people expect when they walk in.
