Sri Veerakumar Driving School

We are based in Peelamedu, right above the ICICI ATM at Hope College. It is a busy little corner of Coimbatore. If you are looking for us, you have to come up to the first floor. No 136 is the building number. This area is always full of students and people going to work, so there is never a quiet moment. We spend most of our time out on the roads anyway. Teaching someone to drive in Coimbatore traffic takes a lot of time and quite a bit of fuel. We have been doing this for a while, just helping locals get their licenses without too much stress. The cars are basic but they work fine for learning. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so most people just take the stairs. It is a simple setup here. We handle the applications and the learning permits while the instructors are out with the students. Hope College is a major landmark, so most people don't have trouble finding the building. We see all kinds of people, from young kids to older folks who finally decided they need to learn. It is just a regular local business. Nothing too special about the office itself, just a place to get the work done. We are usually there from morning till the sun goes down, except on Sundays when we take a break. The noise from the main road is constant, but you get used to it after a few weeks working here.
