Sri First Step International Montessori School. Our place is located at No282/1A1 in Kuppandampalayam. It is part of the Veerapandi area in Tirupur, which is usually quite busy with the garment factories nearby. We run a Montessori setup, which means the kids are often busy working with their hands using different wooden blocks and tools. It is a bit different from the standard schools where everyone sits in rows. Here, the children move around the rooms a lot. The building is tucked away in the 641605 area, and we try to keep the atmosphere calm. You will see little shoes lined up neatly outside the classroom doors every morning. We deal with very young children, so there is a lot of patience needed from the staff. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather is very humid. We have a playground that gets a lot of use during the morning break. The kids learn how to tie their laces and pour water without spilling, which are big wins for them. We don't have a lot of fancy stuff, just the materials the children need to explore. The parents in Tirupur work hard, so we make sure the school is a steady place for their kids to be during the day. It is just a simple school trying to give these children a decent start in life before they move on to bigger things.
