Spiffy Builders Private Limited is based out of 366 C Amarjothi Garden, right on the 2nd Cross in Gandhigramam. It's a decent spot for us to run the business from. We’ve got our small office there where the paperwork piles up. Building things is what we know how to do best. We aren't interested in being some big corporate entity. We just want to get the houses built right for the people here in Gandhigramam. Every morning we meet up at the yard and head out to whichever site needs us. Some days we are pouring concrete, and other days we are just finishing up the interior details. The traffic around the 2nd Cross can be a bit much in the afternoons, but we manage. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. Most people know the name. We don't do much advertising. Usually, someone just sees one of our sites and asks who is doing the work. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us. We deal with all kinds of projects, big and small. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the rains come through Amarjothi Garden, but that’s just part of the trade. We keep our tools clean and our heads down. It’s hard work, but seeing a building finished makes it worth the effort at the end of the day when we head back to 366 C.
