We are SOWBHAKYA CITY DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED and we operate out of Jamiya Nagar in the Kovaipudur area. Our office is at number 12/47. If you’ve ever been to Kovaipudur, you know it is a bit different from the rest of the city. It is quieter and sometimes the air feels a little bit cooler because of all the trees and the way the wind comes off the hills. Jamiya Nagar is a nice spot and we have been set up here for a while now. The office isn't very big, but it fits the few of us who are usually here handling the paperwork and answering the phone calls that come through during the day. Most of our time is spent looking at land maps and trying to figure out where the next project is going to go. It is a slow process sometimes, especially with all the rules you have to follow these days. People often stop by just to ask about plots or to see what is happening in the neighborhood. We don’t have any flashy signs or anything like that out front. It’s just a regular building where we do our business. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when it’s not too hot. Kovaipudur has its own pace, and we kind of like that. It is far enough from the main city mess but still close enough to get things done when we need to. That’s basically us at 12/47 in Kovaipudur.
