Our office is at 170-B in PM Swamy Colony, on the 5th Street in R.S. Puram, Coimbatore. It’s a nice area to be in, with a lot of greenery and a bit of a neighborhood feel. We call ourselves Solvers India because that’s what we do—we sit around these desks and figure out ways to fix things for our customers. The office is a ground-floor space, so we see people walking their dogs or kids coming home from school right outside our door. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a fountain; we just have a small waiting area with a few old magazines and a water cooler. The street can get a bit crowded on weekends, but during the week it’s mostly just us and the other local businesses. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that work overtime in the heat. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how each other likes their coffee. We don’t do big fancy presentations. We just sit down with people, listen to what they need, and see if we can help. It’s a practical way to run a business. R.S. Puram is a great part of Coimbatore, and we feel lucky to have a spot here. It’s a straightforward job, and we just try to do it well every day without making a big fuss about it.
