You can find us at number 54 on Mettupalayam Road, right near the GN Mills Post. It is a busy stretch of road and there is always a lot of traffic passing by. Smart City Township Developers Llp has been working out of this spot for some time now. We handle a lot of the details that go into planning out spaces and making sure everything fits where it should. Mettupalayam Road is a good location because it connects us to a lot of different areas where we have projects going on. We are not into using corporate talk or making things sound more complicated than they are. Building a township involves a lot of boring meetings and checking the same things over and over again. We spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to make the best use of it. The office near GN Mills is pretty plain, mostly just desks and chairs and piles of paper. We are usually there early and leave late when there is a deadline coming up. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy stories about us. We just tell people where we are and what we are working on at the moment. It is hard work but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood knows us as the guys who are always busy with some new plan.
