Our place is up on the second floor of the Sri Amman Complex. It’s at 41B on Sabari Salai, right in the Binny Compound area on Kumaran Road. If you know Tirupur, you know this part of town is usually quite busy with people moving around. Shri Lakshmi Greencity is mainly focused on land and property things in this region. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and visiting sites out in the sun. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs for visitors and desks where we keep all the paperwork for the plots. Real estate in the Tirupur area keeps us on our toes. There is always someone asking about a piece of land or wanting to see a layout. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually gets people to our door in the complex. It’s a lot of checking documents and talking to local authorities to make sure everything is in order. Sometimes it takes a long time to get things processed, but that is just the way it works here. We keep it straightforward. If someone wants to see a site, we grab the keys and head out. Being in the heart of Tirupur means we see a lot of the city’s growth firsthand. It’s interesting to see how the landscape is changing year by year, and we just handle our part of it from this office on the second floor.
