Shanti Home Tution Center

We started Shanti Home Tution Center right here in Vadavalli because kids in the neighborhood needed a quiet place to sit and study after school. It’s located in the building opposite Rukmani Silks on 2nd Cross in Om Ganesh Nagar. Most people know the spot since it's near Natural Foods. It isn't a big fancy office or anything like that. Just some rooms where students come to get their work done. We handle things in a very simple way. It’s mostly about sitting down with the books and making sure the lessons make sense before they go home. Some days it gets a bit noisy with everyone talking at once, but we manage. The street outside can be busy, especially being so close to the main shopping areas. We’ve been at this for a while now. Parents usually just walk their kids over or they come by themselves if they live on the next street. It’s convenient for families living around this part of Coimbatore. We don't have a lot of rules, but we expect the work to get finished. Sometimes we stay a bit late if a student is struggling with a particular chapter. It's just how we do things here. Nothing too formal, just honest work. You can find us easily if you know where the silk shop is. We’re usually there every evening when the schools let out and stay until the sun goes down. It’s a local place for local kids.
