We are located over in Gnanamoorthy Nagar, specifically at No. 21-B on Gandhi 3rd Cross Street. It is a pretty quiet residential area mostly, but our office stays busy enough with all the daily tasks. We deal with international trade and logistics, which means a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments. The office isn't very big, but we have enough space for the desks and the files we need to keep track of everything. We started out small and just kept going year after year. Most days involve coordinating with different people to make sure things get where they need to go on time. It can be stressful when there are delays at the port or with the trucks, but that is part of the job. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for updates. The street outside is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes for visitors. We know most of the neighbors now. We don't use much fancy software; just basic spreadsheets and email to get things done. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We try to be reliable and just do what we say we are going to do. Nothing too flashy about the way we operate. Just a small team in a local building trying to keep the business moving forward every day. It works for us and our clients seem okay with it. We just keep at it.
