Chidvikas Vidya Mandir

You can find us at 2/2 Gamathenu Nagar in the Vadavalli area of Coimbatore. Chidvikas Vidya Mandir is a local school that serves the families around here. Vadavalli is a nice part of the city, a bit closer to the hills, so the air feels a little better. Our school isn’t a huge institution. We have a few buildings tucked into this residential pocket. Most of the kids who come here live just a couple of streets away. We see them walking to school with their heavy bags every morning. Inside, it’s just a normal school environment. There are rows of benches, chalkboards, and plenty of charts on the walls. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on teaching the classes and making sure the kids are safe. Sometimes we have meetings with parents under the trees in the yard. It’s a very informal and friendly atmosphere. We don’t use a lot of complicated jargon. If a student is struggling, we just talk to them and try to help. The school day has a rhythm that we’ve all grown used to over the years. When the bell rings at the end of the day, there is a big rush for the gate. Then it gets quiet again until the next morning. We are just a regular part of life here in Gamathenu Nagar, doing our best for the local kids.
