Indian Vanilla Enterprise

Our place is located at 135/2C on Vadakkipalayam Main Road in R.Ponnapuram. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which actually suits what we do with vanilla. The air around here is a bit different, and we like the pace of the area. We spend a lot of time working with the farmers and the beans themselves. It’s a hands-on kind of job. You won’t find any high-rise glass buildings here. Instead, it’s a more traditional setup where we process and sort through the vanilla we get. The road outside can get busy with local tractors and motorcycles, but it’s mostly quiet in the evenings. We have a small crew of people from the nearby villages who help us out. We’ve got drying racks and storage areas that take up most of our space. It smells pretty good around here most of the time, which is a nice perk of the job. We don’t have any marketing experts or big sales teams. It’s just us and the vanilla. We talk to people who need good ingredients and we send them what we have. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains a lot, but we just adapt. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We focus on what we grow and process right here on Vadakkipalayam Main Road.
