Serenia Builders Llp is based over at No.8/35Avp Layout in Gandhi Nagar. It is a decent spot to work from. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of people, just a local group trying to do right by the folks we work with. The office is pretty simple. We spend a lot of time sitting around the main table discussing what needs to happen next on our projects. Gandhi Nagar has changed quite a bit over the years, but it still feels like a good home for us. Being in AVP Layout is convenient for getting around. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. When you come in, you'll probably just see us at our desks or talking on the phone. We try to keep things honest and clear. Sometimes things get messy when we are really busy, but we always sort it out. It is just the way we operate here at Serenia Builders Llp. We aren't interested in making things sound more important than they are. We just build things and manage the details. It is hard work but we enjoy the process. If you are looking for us, look for the sign in Gandhi Nagar. We are usually there from early morning until the light starts to fade. There is a small tea shop around the corner that we visit way too often during our breaks.
