Saravana Super Stores

Saravana Super Stores is located in Varathaiyangar Palayam, right in the Keeranatham area. It’s a decent sized place for this part of town. We spend most of our hours here walking up and down the aisles. There is always something that needs restocking or a shelf that looks a bit bare. We carry the usual things like rice, pulses, oils, and the snacks that everyone likes. The mornings are the busiest when people are getting ready for their day and realize they are out of milk or something for breakfast. We have a few staff members who help with the billing and the heavy lifting. It’s a lot of work to keep the floor clean, especially when it rains outside and everyone brings in mud. We don't really do much advertising. People just know we are here and they come in when they need something. We try to keep the prices fair so people keep coming back. Sometimes we run out of space in the back room and have to stack bags near the entrance for a day or two. It might look a bit cluttered but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular store for the local folks to get their shopping done without having to go into the main city. We stay open late most nights to catch the people coming home from work.
