We’re based over at No.15 Bharathi Park-Iii Cross in Saibaba Colony. It’s a pleasant part of the city to work in, with a bit more greenery than you’d find in the city center. Man & Soil Builders Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while. The name sounds a bit rugged, and that’s pretty much how we work. We spend a lot of time dealing with the actual earth and building materials. Our office in Saibaba Colony is where we do all the planning and meeting. It’s a comfortable space, not too big, with plenty of room for our team to sit and discuss projects. We have a lot of samples of tiles and bricks lying around the place. It can get a bit dusty sometimes because we’re always bringing in stuff from the sites. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties; we’re usually in something practical that can handle a bit of dirt. People in the neighborhood know us, and we often have folks just walking in to ask questions. We try to give them a straight answer without any of that confusing business talk. Most of our day is spent coordinating with laborers and checking on construction progress. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community here. We just take things as they come and try to do a solid job on every project. It’s just how we run things, keeping it simple and focusing on the building work.
