Sai Instant Coffee

Down here on Kumarapuram Road, things move pretty fast. We are located at 2/93/15 in Ranganathapuram, and it’s a decent spot for what we do. Making instant coffee isn’t a quick thing, even though the name says it is. It takes a lot of steps to get it right. We spend a lot of time looking at the machines and making sure the powder is fine enough. It’s mostly just a few of us working here every day. We see a lot of people passing by on their way to other parts of the city. Some people stop in because they want something they can make at home without any trouble. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. Just the address on the door and the sound of work coming from inside. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust from the processing, and we spend a lot of time sweeping up. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We like being in this part of Ranganathapuram because it feels like a real neighborhood. Everyone knows everyone else's business. We have our coffee in the morning before we start the machines, otherwise, we wouldn't have the energy to keep going. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just focus on filling the jars and getting them out to the local shops around here so people can have their morning drink whenever they need it the most.
